Maria Shriver is apparently on the market and people in her inner circle think Lenny Kravitz would be a perfect match for her.
Even the former broadcast journalist’s son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, is in on the action.
While promoting his latest movie, “Echo Boomers,” the 27-year-old actor revealed to Andy Cohen that he had just surprised his mom with a birthday cake with a photo of Kravitz’s abdominal muscles on it.
“Oh my God. My mom would be so embarrassed for me to tell, but I’ll just tell it anyway,” Schwarzenegger dished to the reality TV kingpin on Wednesday' Sirius XM broadcast of “Andy Cohen Live.” “But we, we surprised her with a birthday cake of, of a big photo of Lenny’s abs on [it], which was really funny. I wish I had my phone on me. I would show you a photo.”
Cohen, who is friends with Shriver and admitted that she tried to play matchmaker to him, asked if the sweet Kravitz confection was in response to when “TODAY” show host Hoda Kotb and the Grammy-winning rock icon appeared on “Watch What Happens Live” in October and she told him she wanted to set him up with the former First Lady of California.
“No, this was two or two or three days ago,” Schwarzenegger said. “But you know, that photo was, it was an amazing photo of him. I forgot what magazine, but, uh, and she loved it. Yeah. So we did it as a joke and just put it on her as the face of the cake for her birthday.”
“…She was so embarrassed by it, but it was really funny,” he continued. “But, but Hoda’s great, and I don’t know Lenny, but I’m sure he would be great for, for Maria as well.”
Shriver, who turned 65 on Nov. 6, was married to actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger for 25 years.
Kravitz recently released his memoir “Let Love Rule” chronicling the first 25 years of his life. Married to actress Lisa Bonet in 1987 (for five years), the near 60-year-old sex symbol has been romantically linked to models Vanessa Paradis, Adriana Lima and Academy Award winner Nicole Kidman.
